It may be because Microsoft $ strong investment for your advertising, but also, Windows 95 was much better OS in the market. Windows 95 came with improvements and new features compared with its windows précéder 3.1.

It was widely reported that Microsoft paid the Rolling Stones between $ 8 and $ 14 million for using the song in the 95 campaign advertising. According to sources at Microsoft, however, this was just a rumor spread by the band to increase its market value, and Microsoft actually paid a fraction of that amount. A promotional video of 30 minutes, labeled a cyber sitcom with Jennifer Aniston and Matthew Perry, was also released to show the features of Windows 95. 300 million Microsoft ad campaign featured stories of people waiting in line outside the stores to get a copy.

Download the .7z extractor, then download the file. Remove Windows ME .iso file and burn it to a bootable DVD or you can install virtually using virtual box.
